Indianapolis, IN, December 18, 2025 – Dealers Wholesale, a leading installing distributor of doors, hardware, access control, and fireplace products serving the residential, multifamily, and commercial markets, today announced it has been acquired by Lacy Diversified Industries (“LDI”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in Indianapolis in 1963, Dealers Wholesale has built a strong reputation for delivering turnkey solutions across new construction and retrofit markets. The company serves builders, developers, and general contractors across 20 states with a comprehensive product portfolio including commercial doors, frames, hardware, electronic access control, and residential hearth and outdoor living products.
The acquisition by LDI brings investment capital and experience to advance Dealers Wholesale growth through geographic expansion, technology investment, and broadening service capabilities nationwide.

Dealers Wholesale will continue to operate under the Dealers Wholesale brand.
