Tucker Rocky / Biker’s Choice Merges with Motorsport Aftermarket Group

Indianapolis, IN – LDI Ltd., LLC (LDI) today announced completion of the merger of Tucker Rocky / Biker’s Choice with Motorsport Aftermarket Group (MAG). The combined company will operate under the MAG name.

J.A. Lacy, President and CEO of LDI, the majority shareholder of the combined company, is the Chief Executive Officer. Brian Etter continues in his role as President of MAG’s branded product, media and online retail operations. Dan Courtney continues as President of Tucker Rocky / Biker’s Choice.

Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. and other legacy MAG shareholders retain a significant minority interest in the combined company.
